CRITICAL EVALUATION OF WEBSITE

My initial ideas before creating my websites were to have a website with a simple template/design that is easy to navigate, a website with a good design template to display my projects and name it George's art. All my initial ideas were carried out as planned.

I researched on two artists for inspiration for my website. First artist i researched on was Gerhard Richter, a painter, and Banksy who is a graffiti artist. I planned on making four pages for my website; about me page, project gallery, home page and contact which I did successfully.

The purpose of my website is mainly to display the projects I make during my studies at LIPC in digital art, the website aims mainly at art lovers and people who appreciate art. I think it is important to have a digital portfolio website because it enables students studying digital art to display their works and show case their progression route.

My website is fully endorsed with social/icon links and other things so my social media accounts are connected to it, all my pages are linked, its is easy to navigate because everything you need is on the home page, contact page is working efficiently as well.

WEBSITE EDITING

I have posted the third and fourth pieces of my major project on my work along with the first and second I posted previously.

I have also posted the fifth, sixth and last of my major project final pieces on the website and have published it.

They all contain a brief description and date as well.



Website editing 

The first two final peices of my major project have been uploaded to my website and i have done some editing as well to my site. I changed the project display layout because my works were being showcased in tiny images.

I added description to the images, with date and title on the images. At the top of the pictures I added the title of the project.

I was able to create seven final pieces for my  major project. This is the seventh and the last one. I have started uploading all of them on my website.
